COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course aims at utilization of both lectures and Laboratory practice to introduce the nature and uses of computers. It introduces students to Computers and Computer Systems.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- To help students acquire the knowledge of the basics of computers (processing, software, hardware, memory, input/output devices, internet).
- To introduce students to the operating systems (Windows 7,8, 10 and other OSs)
- To equip the students with skills of the several computer Applications (word processors, spread, presentations, databases).
