The module introduces you to the knowledge and skills required in carrying out community development work especially for those activities that are executed through groups. The course further addresses issues of conflicts and conflict resolution in groups; communication and its importance in when carrying out community development work. Application of the knowledge of group dynamics is further emphasized through its importance in carrying out community needs assessment, problem identification and overall project planning and management of community – based projects
